Employer Contract Agreement*

Contracted employees are employed by SmartUse LLC and represent your organization at your workplace — there is no placement fee for utilizing a contracted employee. Fees only apply if a conversion to permanent employment occurs.

By submitting this request you agree to the SmartUse LLC Employer Contract Agreement (v2.0), including the placement fee schedule (25% for facilitated hires; 10% for direct conversions within 180 days), early buyout liability ($20,000), billing rate transparency, invoice dispute process, confidentiality obligations, non-discrimination policy, benefits eligibility requirements, and the Payment Disclosure Policy.
